The legal action to be exercised shall be the non-payment eviction, or an eviction for the lack of any valid title to occupy the building. After submitting the legal claim to evict, it shall by finishing the lease agreement. However, it shall be started other legal procedure if the tenant does not have any valid title to occupy the building.
